During the SuccessNC Listening Tour, colleges presented many barriers and impediments to achieving greater student success. System Office personnel documented the barriers and NC Community College System President, Dr. Scott Ralls, formed a committee of associate vice presidents from the System Office to investigate and resolve any barriers within the system's sphere of influence.
